Payment & Shipping Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Nature Vedic offers a variety of secure payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout experience. We accept:

• Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
• Mobile Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

2. Secure Transactions

All online transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways (like Razorpay). Your payment details are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. Nature Vedic does not store your complete credit card or net banking details on our servers.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for valid pincodes across India. Please ensure you have the exact amount available in cash at the time of delivery. A nominal convenience fee may be applied to COD orders, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Failures & Refunds

If your account has been debited but the order status shows as "Failed" or "Pending", the amount will automatically be reversed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days by your bank. For manual cancellation refunds, please allow a similar processing window.
